OVERVIEW

Angkasa Pura II engaged us to develop and train their Project Management Officers (PMO). We proposed various PMO training, including an introduction of PMO concepts that covered the PMO life cycle, PMO functions, and business-driven PMO approach.

LEARNING METHOD

To realize PMO-driven business services at Angkasa Pura II, we helped them set goals in advance, define concepts. We also encouraged participation and discussion, offered our own tips and tricks, and provided case studies, self-reflection journals, and templates and tools.

GAINED SKILL

We helped PMOs at Angkasa Pura II gain a greater awareness of project management components (PMO and PPM), project manager competencies, and challenges & success factors. We delivered three aspects of PMO training in just 11 days—PMO training, specialized training for executives, and training for project managers.
